A spacious villa, designed in the Aegean Cycladic architecture and decorated with vintage and antique items, situated within a unique estate of olive and citrus groves. Two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, kitchen, living room and extra WC/Shower on the ground floor. It offers great outdoor spaces such as balconies and terraces, stone built barbeque and oven plus your own private chapel! It is fully air-conditioned and fully equipped with energy efficient fireplace, washer and wifi.
This is a one and only private villa offering absolute comfort and relaxation. It is able to accommodate up to 5 people in 200 sq.m. of interior space and great outdoor spaces within an area of 4 acres of olive and citrus groves.
The house is situated just 5 km away from the closest beach, 25km from the center of Chania and a few km away from many historical and natural sights of Western Crete.
The villa is fully equipped and offers you a wide range of amenities. It is fully air-conditioned in the summer but there is energy efficient fireplace for wintertime visitors.
Natural light bathes all interior spaces and beautiful views of the area and the Cretan Sea can be enjoyed from the balconies. It is decorated with antique furniture and vintage style items with earthy colors and traditional Cretan textiles.
Every attention has been paid to ensure a trouble-free stay. The balconies and terraces offer different sitting and dining spaces, including a traditional outdoor stone oven, barbecue. You even have access to a private chapel.
• Bedrooms
The villa offers 2 spacious and bright bedrooms. The first bedroom has a large double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables with lampshades. The second bedroom has two single beds, chest of drawers and bedside table with lamp shades. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, decorated with vintage and antique furniture, warm textiles, wooden items and beautiful pictures on the walls. Bathed in plenty of sunlight with window and doors giving access to spacious balconies and offering great views of the area and the sea. An extra folded bed can be added to any of the bedrooms.
• Bathrooms
There is a spacious bathroom with bath and shower on the first floor and a WC plus shower on the ground floor. There is a washing machine available and of course, shampoo, soap are provided.
• Kitchen
There is an equipped kitchen that offers you all necessary amenities. You can prepare your meals and then just let the dishwasher do the job! There is also a dining table to accommodate 6 persons in the living room. The kitchen has access to a wooden roofed terrace with an outdoor wooden table providing extra outdoors dining space
• Living Room
The living room has a sofa, tables, and comfortable chairs. The room is decorated with unique pieces of furniture and dressed in earthy colors and traditional Cretan textiles matching the furniture. An energy efficient fireplace provides extra coziness for those of you traveling during the winter season. There are a TV and an air condition. The living room has also a main dining space that can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. There is direct access to the kitchen. The room is very bright with access to ground floor balconies and terraces.
• Outdoors
This one of a kind villa is built within 4 acres of land and it is surrounded by magnificent Mediterranean flowers, plants and various trees such as olives, lemons, oranges, clementines, avocados, figs, peaches, pomegranates and wild plums.
Depending on the season and upon availability feel free to cut the fruit and try the exquisite homegrown, organic taste! The garden has lovely views of the surrounding area while the balconies offer great Cretan Sea view in the background. Interested in experimenting with traditional Cretan cooking? A traditional outdoor stone oven and a stone built barbecue are available! Bring your friends and family to the table and taste the original Mediterranean outdoor living!
There is an outdoor dining table with six chairs. Our spiritual guests can also use the private chapel. If you are traveling with children this is an ideal place for outdoor nonstop fun as the garden is totally safe for kids and offers plenty of space for them to explore for hours!
