Walking distance to pub and restaurant, 10 minutes to grocer's shop and cafe and 5 minute drive to Freshwater Town for more amenities.
Modern stylish interior with well equipped kitchen, large private garden, living room with wood burning stove. BBQ and fire pit. TV room with table football, books and games.
4 double bedrooms (2 on the ground floor) and one twin bedroom. 4 bathrooms (1 on the ground floor). Sea views from 2 of the bedrooms.
Gas central heating, electricity and broadband service provided free of charge.
Off road parking for 4 vehicles.
Cot available.
Towels and bed linen provided.
15 minute drive from ferry port of Yarmouth.

House rules
Dogs are welcome but the house is open plan and the garden may not be 100% secure.
The house is on a cliff, guests with children and dogs must ensure they keep well away from them. Young children must be supervised in the garden - it is fenced but not completely secure. We always supervised our sons in the garden when they were toddlers.

“Great holiday”
Beautiful house, helpful host, and a stunning location and views. Some really lovely walks, quiet beaches and crystal clear water. Highly recommended.
