Description

Located in Dripping Springs, just 25 minutes southwest of downtown Austin, this secluded 5 acre property provides ample room for the extended family, large groups of friends or corporate off sites. Enjoy swimming, tennis, basketball, ping pong, frisbee, washers, horseshoes, bocce ball, corn hole/bean bags toss, a disc golf basket, enough room to play soccer, kickball, dodge ball, frisbee or just simply relax around the pool listening to your favorite music and grilling on the Weber.

Our place can comfortably sleep 20 people on the 14 beds, and we provide additional queen air mattresses that can be set up throughout the bedrooms and living space if you really like your traveling mates. 14 beds, 6.5 baths, luxury linens, towels & new comfortable furnishings.

The five acres of land offers plenty of space to feel secluded and enjoy many outdoor activities.

We just renovated the pool house with a wet bar, 1/2 bathroom, huge six burner weber gas grill, fire pit, 65in high definition tv & direct tv for sports and outdoor movie night.

There are two homes on the property.

The front home is 3,300 square feet with a large deck over looking the pool out of the upstairs bedroom. This bedroom has two high-end queen mattresses, a comfortable leather love seat with a twin sleeper and room for an air mattress. This room has a gigantic master closet that has plenty of room for another queen size air mattress. If needed, you could fit 9 people in this space.

The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom and a separate vanity area with a sink and a ton of counter space for getting ready. Both of these bedrooms have new high-end king size mattresses, with luxurious linens and pillows.

The fourth bedroom has 2 bunk beds and space to set up a provided queen air mattress. The twin beds on the bunks are high quality and not your typical bunk bed mattresses.

The living room is very spacious with enough room to seat a group of up to 30 if you bring in the dining room table chairs. There is a 65in high definition tv with DIRECTV and smart tv programming.

The dining room has a very large table with ten chairs. The counter top bar has three bar stools and the double dining room doors open out to the covered back patio with seating for six. We can also provide a temporary table with a table cloth and more chairs for larger groups. With notice, we could accommodate a dinner party of up to a maximum 30 people.

The kitchen is fully stocked with most everything needed to prepare a meal. We can also help to coordinate catering services with advanced notice.

The 1,300sf side house has 3 modern bedrooms with 3 queen beds, a full/queen bunk bed, full kitchen, living space, large dining area, 2 full bathrooms and a game room with a ping pong table. It is about 25 yards from the main house.

“Over priced”

Property was adequate but not worth the money. All the dishes and refrigerator in the main house were dirty. A/C stopped working in the pool house. Nightly rate should be lower.
