Villa Erdem,

It is located 10-15 minutes walking distance from the center and in a quiet location. Villa Erdem, which was completely restored in 2022, has been designed completely for our esteemed guests with its modern architecture. Villa Erdem consists of 4 bedrooms in total, 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the 1st floor. It is almost inevitable to have a fun time during your holiday from our villa with a dining table for 6 people where you can have pleasant meals on its wide and sun-protected veranda, a large 45 m2 pool, and a barbecue area right next to the pool.

Ground floor,

The kitchen has a modern and fully equipped renovated kitchen. In addition to the stove / Oven / Fridge Freezer / Washing machine and Microwave for cooking, small household appliances such as Kettle / Toaster / Toaster / Teapot (tea) / Coffee machine / are available. There are cutlery, dinnerware, pots and pans according to the capacity of the villa.

In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group consisting of a modern L armchair, a coffee table, a TV, and air conditioning.

1st bedroom; There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioning. There is also 1 bathroom and toilet on the ground floor for the use of this bedroom.

Upstairs,

2.Bedroom; There is 1 double bed with en-suite bathroom, bedside table, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table and air conditioning.

3.Bedroom; There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and air conditioning.

4.Bedroom; There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and air conditioning.

There is 1 bathroom and toilet on this floor for the use of our 3rd and 4th bedrooms.

Garden,

It has a large garden of 650 m2 and a swimming pool of 45 m2 on the front of the villa. There are enough sun loungers and parasols.

You can also enjoy long hours of food in the garden with the barbecue in the garden.

After the current guest leaves, all the textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company's laundry room, and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected after cleaning at the entrance / exit interval of the guests on the same day.

Getting around

No car is required unless you plan to travel outside of Dalyan. In Dalyan everything is accessible on foot or by bicycle. In case you plan to travel to other towns you can rent a car or take a taxi. Take a local bus called dolmush if you desire to go to the closest towns or to the beach. Also, you can use a taxi boat heading from the town centre that will take you to Iztuzu beach.

We meet guests at the villa when they arrive. We are on the phone/messenger 24/7. Guests can come directly to our office during working hours (9:00 - 18:00).

Please remove all outdoor shoes before entering the villa. Serve a non refundable 20% deposit is required with the remainder paid once you have settled into the villa in GBP only.
