Part of a larger house, originally built in the 1600s, the studio has charm in abundance: exposed stone walls, barrel ceilings, and stylishly furnished. The whole property has been lovingly restored leaving it with a romantic ambience, both internally and externally.

OUR GUESTS HAVE SOLE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE PROPERTY, GROUNDS AND POOL - no one else is at the property, guaranteed.

Stepping into the open plan apartment through the double doors, you enter into the lounge area which has a flat screen TV and DVD player, a small cabinet containing a selection of DVDs and books, a comfortable 2 seater sofa, coffee table and arm chair.

The kitchen has a four ring gas hob, full size oven, fridge freezer, single sink, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, ample crockery, pots and pans to cook delicious food.

The night area is separated with an attractive, fixed dressing screen for privacy and contains a large double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe and a set of drawers and a full length mirror. The window looks out onto the side of the property and onto the olive trees.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC, wash hand basin and mirrored wall cabinet and a small window brings light into the room

OUTSIDE

Just outside there is a small bistro table with two chairs under the tree, where you can enjoy your breakfast, or moving a little further to the side of the apartment there is a big gazebo with large, good quality resin, throne type chairs and coffee table. Just perfect for enjoying a glass of local wine.

PRIVATE SOLE USE POOL

As the day progresses and the sun heats up what better way to cool off then take a dip in the 10x5m private pool which has Roman steps at the shallow end and a ladder at the deep end. Relax nearby on the sun loungers whilst sipping a cool beer. Close to the pool you will find the BBQ and a covered area with a table and chairs for dining or just unwinding. There is an outdoor shower and sink for guest use.

POOL BATHROOM

There is also a second poolside bathroom which has a shower, wash hand basin, WC and houses the washing machine and a small fridge to have easy access to cold drinks near the pool.

As the property is set in over three acres of land containing various fruit and nut trees there are plenty of other shady areas where you can escape the sun and relax in the fresh air, maybe even take a nap in the hammock! The views to the pool and onto the land are lovely.

Formerly used by monks in the 17th century to make wine this mini apartment is attached to the main house which is the owners' private residence when in Italy. The apartment in only rented when the owners are away to ensuring that guests have total privacy during their stay.
