This is an incredible new-build custom townhome located in the Park City Canyons Village area. Easily enjoy the best ski resort in the nation in the winter, as well as Canyon's golf course and free summer concerts during the summer. Professionally decorated, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2,000 square feet of luxury living space tastefully decorated in a mountain contemporary theme that sleeps up to 11 guests.
You will love the location of this property with its easy walk to the Frostwood Gondola, across from the Waldorf Astoria and après-ski at Powder Restaurant! The Gondola will whisk you up to the base of the Canyons Village mountain, where you can access the Orange Bubble chairlift or the Red Pine Gondola and access to the rest of Park City & Deer Valley Resorts. In summer, explore the area's natural beauty and outdoor activities. During the winter months, take advantage of the free Canyons Village Connect door to door shuttle service!
The layout of this home includes a living room with mountain contemporary furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa, a cozy gas fireplace and a 65" HD Smart TV with access to YouTube TV streaming. Don't miss the expansive views from the large windows or the private deck off the living room.
The fully equipped kitchen has high-end finishes including granite countertops, Thermador stainless steel appliances, and all the utensils needed for the chef of the group to create his/her masterpieces. There is also kitchen bar seating for two and a dining area with seating for six.
Off the main level dining area, you will find a patio with a gas BBQ grill, outdoor seating and a soothing 4-person private hot tub. The setting is peaceful and secluded.
On the upper level of the home you will find the three bedrooms. The master has a king bed and a private bath with a separate shower and tub, along with dual vanity sinks. There is a gas fireplace, 50" HD Smart TV, and a private deck to enjoy the soaring views.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a 40" HD Smart TV, while the third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed, single twin trundle and a 32" HD Smart TV. These two bedrooms share access to a fully appointed bathroom with a shower.
The home's amenities also include central air conditioning, laundry facilities, parking and a ground level entry area mud room for your convenience.
The free Park City Shuttle Bus stop is also just a short walk from the townhouse and offers transportation to Kimball Junction, Historic Park City and Deer Valley.
