Description

Brand new listing...Be the first one to stay on the second floor of our two family house and give the first review. I am their daughter and live on the first floor. My parents decided to change part of their living quarters into the latest Air B&B. The rooms are very clean. The house has been in the family since 1912 and I would be glad to tell you the best things to see and do on the North Shore of Boston. I can tell you what the locals enjoy and what tourist attractions are worth it. There are all kinds of books and pamphlets to read about the area. There is Direct TV in the kitchen and you can connect to Wi-Fi for free.

The street is very quiet and the yard has views of the wetlands. There is a private entrance and off street parking. The bedroom has a double bed with a closet, chest of draws and desk. There is a full kitchen with dishes and dishwasher. The bathroom has a full tub and shower. We love pets but due to the size of the apartment and other previous problems we cannot accept pets. No acceptions. Thank you for understanding

Walking distance to three restaurants and a convenience store at the end of the street. One to three miles to all Salem attractions. Train and seasonal ferry to Boston within two miles. Salem University is .03 of a mile from the house. You can tour Salem and come back to the house and cook your meals. Food and lodging ads up when you travel. This is a great way to save money. There is a lot of traffic in Salem and very few hotels. Salem is not easy to get in and out of. There is so much to see and do that staying close makes it less stressful! The area is very safe. Hope you will consider us in your search!

Response from the owner Gas stove is being replaced with an electric stove because some guests who are not familiar with a gas stove do not know how to turn the knobs off. We have decided that if someone makes a mistake with the electric stove and does not turn it off....it will not be a major problem.
