Description

2 bedroom nicely decorated fully furnished ground floor condo that's only 15min drive from the airport. With one full bathroom and master bedroom with vanity and sink. Living room and dining with dining table for four. Fully equipped open plan kitchen. A closed in patio with eating area for four. WiFi

and 2 flat screen TVs with your basic (antenna) channels plus blu ray player with Netflix ( operated with Amazon Firestick)plus an array of movies and books. Complex has a pool, jacuzzi, fitness room and club house. Condo is within walking distance of a grocery store and only a 5 min drive to the Zoo, Botanical gardens and old town Scottsdale with great restaurants, bars and shopping. ASU and the famous Mill ave plus football stadium and Spring baseball training are only a 10-15min drive. There are lots of bike routes and golf courses close by.

Getting around

If you don't have a car there is bus service at the end of our street that will take you to old town Scottsdale, down town Phoenix and Tempe market place where there is some great shopping. grocery shopping is only 25 minute walk or a 3 minute drive.

The condo has Key-less entry. I have a lovely person named Heather that looks after my condo and will help you with any problems or questions you may have while staying.

Condo was everything we needed and more. Place was clean and close to grocery/drug store - we were there golfing for a week and the place is close to several courses. Would stay again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sharon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
