Located in the heart of Townsend at the entrance to Cade’s Cove National Park and minutes away from Pigeon Forge, Moonshadow is a three bedroom cabin is perfect for couples or families searching for a picturesque mountain retreat.

This log cabin is stocked to the brim with amenities! Upon entering Moonshadow, you will be greeted with a warm and cozy living room with a beautiful gas fireplace, ideal for cuddling at all hours of the day but especially during the cool of the evening.

The full kitchen sparkles in wait for your culinary creativity. Or if something more rustic is your style, stoke up the charcoal grill out on the large, double, wrap around porch and show your family who is the master of fire while the family hangs out on the porch swing and rocking chairs.

If games are more up your alley, the downstairs game room features a full sized pool table for some good old fashioned fun!

Looking to simply veg out? Watch television on one of the four televisions on each of the three levels of the house. Or unwind with a dip in the outdoor whirlpool tub while gazing at a gorgeous view of the Smoky Mountains.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
