Conveniently located just 10 minutes walking from the town centre, our apartment will sweep you into the charm and excitements of Kampot! Dine at one of our neighborhood’s many mouth-watering restaurants and cafes, enjoy a trek to the mountain or a lazy day at the beach, and do take the opportunity to chat and mingle with the locals.

Our apartments are large with high ceilings, daylight, an open balcony or patio and a beautiful view of the mountain and surrounding village. Stay cool with your own A/C and wind-down comfortably in the king sized bedroom or spacious living room.

Nomad Working Space is just a 10 minute walk or 2 minutes drive to the town centre. The best way to get around the area is by renting a motorbike (USD 5/day) or even a bicycle (USD 2/day). Alternatively, Tuktuks are available around town for USD 2-3 for 5KM distance.

Interaction with guest

Ivan, the owner, is very hands-on in terms of taking care of his guests. From cooking delicious meals to going on sightseeing tours, from bar hopping to booking your bus tickets, he will be with you all the way to ensure that you have the best experience staying at Nomad.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ivan (the owner) a message.

If Ivan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
