Welcome to Gulf Village! This low density complex is on the west side of town. This complex is the ideal family friendly location, just outside the 'hustle and bustle' in the heart of Gulf Shores. The perfect place to relax! You are only a short drive from all of the fun our small town has to offer like The Hangout, Waterville, The Track, and much more! Once inside, you will find a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and our famous white sandy beaches.

Our two bedroom unit sleeps six comfortably. The guest bedroom has bunk beds along with a single bed. The master offers a queen bed, a balcony entrance, and an en suite for your privacy. You will also find a sleeper in the living room for you extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. We also provide free wifi for your use, so you don't miss a beat while relaxing at the beach!

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
