Description

Awesome 100 year old historic home. Completely renovated. This studio is located on the first floor. Lots of restaurants nearby and 5 dollar uber ride to downtown. Walking distance to famous River Walk, and all of the good stuff in Southtown: Blue Star Complex, Beethovens Beer Garden, Friendly Spot, bike trails, Mission Reach Trails, 1919 Bar (my personal favorite). Numerous restaurants within walking distance: Madhatters, Feast, HotJoy, and Liberty Bar/Restaurant. The River Center mall with an IMAX is less then 2 miles away. Amenities include: One queen size bed, kitchenettes, 70 inch curved TV with cable, 4K massage chair, Wifi, a bathroom, and a shared laundry room. Bike rentals and public transit are 5 minutes away. This is a new rental and I am very willing to go the extra mile to make your stay the best.

How do damage deposits work?

If Ming (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
