This wonderful upper-ground floor apartment is situated in the Devon coastal town of Ilfracombe and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Oceans Side is a superb upper-ground floor, sea facing apartment in the Devon seaside town of Ilfracombe. The apartment sleeps four people and has one double bedroom with an en-suite, a twin room and a family bathroom. Also in the apartment is an open plan living area with a kitchen and a sitting area with doors to an impressive sea facing patio. Outside the patio has seating to enjoy the views. Parking is in a chargeable car park 150m or roadside out of season. The apartment is positioned a few yards from the coastal footpath and 3 minutes walk to the harbour town's amenities. Ocean Side is an excellent apartment for a family seaside holiday.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking in chargeable car park, nearest Car Park Ropery Road £6.00 per 24hrs, 120 metres from property. Roadside parking in street outside subject to space, restricted 1hr Mid March End Oct. 20 foot balcony with furniture. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shop, harbour, pub 3 minutes walk. Note: Various parking permits for other car parks in the town are available from Ilfracombe Tourist Office.
Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
Town: Ilfracombe lies in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on a beautiful stretch of North Devon coastline, with five beaches and a pretty harbour now famous for the Damien Hirst bronze statue Whoever that stands guard over the entrance. Once a Victorian retreat. the town is now a vibrant and popular resort with a fine variety of restaurants, cafes and shops in the town. The hand carved Tunnels Beaches offers some of the best rockpooling to be found and is also a busy wedding venue.

Stopping here today, a brilliant well appointed apartment. The view over the Ocean is memorable. The place is spotless and well located for a wonderful stay in Ilfracombe.
