A detached house near Beverley in East Yorkshire that can sleep nine people in four bedrooms.Holly Bank is a detached cottage near Beverley in the East Riding of Yorkshire. It has four bedrooms including one king-size double with an en-suite, one double, a twin and a family room containing a single and a double bed as well as a family bathroom it can sleep nine people. It comes with a kitchen with breakfast table (seats 4), dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside is ample off road parking and a lawn and patio garden to the rear with furniture and a barbecue. A brilliant property in a stunning location.
Amenities: Oil central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, a selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Lawn and patio to rear with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles. Note: There are two steps down into the sitting room. Note: There are several steps from the patio to the lawned garden. Note: two steps down to lounge, two steps up to hall.
Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
Town: The historic town of Beverley, is a great base for a holiday. Beverley is full of history and there are plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from - don't forget to enjoy a day out at Beverley Races! The Deep submarium in Hull (2017 City of Culture), the amazing city of York, the North York Moors and the East Coast seaside towns of Hornsea, Bridlington and Scarborough are all within an hours drive.
