Getting around

The apartment is located approximately 9 km from the Melbourne CBD. It is easy access to Melbourne Airport, RMIT Bundoora and Latrobe University. Car - undercover secure parking can be accessed via laneway behind the building. Otherwise, there are areas in short walking distance with no time restrictions. Tram - the #86 tram is a minute away. Train – Thornbury station is about a 7-10 minute walk. Taxi/Uber - From the city, you can expect to pay about $25 (this is an approximate and will depend on days/times).

On departure, I ask that the apartment is kept in a clean & tidy state. Food and rubbish removed and disposed of correctly. There is a rubbish chute next to the lifts. Dishes be cleaned or stacked in the dishwasher.
Smoking is never permitted inside the home or in any part of the apartment.

Great Unit to stay in .Close to public transport and Supermarket. Lovely view from the balcony and would stay again if in Melbourne.
