Lola’s contemporary loft is a 2 Bed 2 Bath Ocean side Oasis and is nestled in an Atrium/Jacuzzi building - two flights up.
It boasts many upgrades and artistic touches that keep evolving! Actually everything is New and Professionally decorated with beautiful NEW furnishings throughout and a NEW open shelving kitchen WITH all amenities included. NEW Washer, Dryer, Navy Cabinets, Gorgeous white gold Quartz , New Stove, Frig and Dishwasher... actually I hope you don’t need to use these!!
The two flights up will be worth it!
New King Bed, furnishings, carpet, and wall mount flat screen in Master Suite. Perfect retreat after a day at the beach lay back and watch the palm tree sway outside your window.
The Guest Room offers unique sleeping options with a Queen Bed and a fun Twin bunk above. New flat screen wall mounted TV .Perfect for a young family or teenage siblings!
The balcony is a perfect retreat while viewing the pool, ponds , fountains and tennis courts while sipping that freshly brewed speciality coffee from the new Ninja Coffee Bar. (Or you can wave at the family in the pool while you sip on some wine and enjoy a good book).
Comfortable love seat, pillows, afghan , table and chairs.
This VERY well appointed Floridian home is exactly 200 steps to the coolest beach AND only a few steps away from a relaxing atrium jacuzzi and large outdoor pool. Located in the well maintained Ocean and Racquet Resort which offers: security, guard service, ample parking,PARKING FEE PER STAY NOT NIGHT is $15.00 per vehicle per stay. Tennis lessons available for a fee, activities for adults and kids, grills, shuffle board, jacuzzi in building, outdoor showers, car hose, ocean deck with seating, clubhouse and stocked ponds for fishing.
Local establishments: mini putt, shopping center, grocery stores, great restaurants and bars all within walking distance on beach. Outdoor music fest and Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings. A short scenic ride to “our” nations oldest AND most beautiful little city takes you back in time while strolling the old streets-exploring new restaurants and unique drinking establishments.

PS I want to specify: toaster convection oven instead of microwave, two flights of stairs, beach towels, mat, but no chairs and no land line. 15.00 Parking fee to office not owner.
*Regarding COVID: We have followed the guidelines of St Johns County for preparation of the condo. All linens and towels have (and always) have been disinfected with laundry sanitizer for colors and good ol Clorox for whites. The surfaces have been wiped down and there is an air spray sanitizer available for guests. As always all mattress covers are a zippered mattress pad to resist bed bugs as well.
We rarely book same day check in and check out which allows for natural sanitation and a less hurried clean. Thank you so much!
