Τottaly private!!!Close to the beach so you can hear the waves while falling asleep!!Ten(10)metres from the beach!Breathtaking views of sea and mountains!
.The old charcoal grandfathers house beside the sea,has been renovated and decorated by his grandson Pericles,a traditional musician and violin player with some international reput.Pericles used here his own unique style.Near at the ocean Pericles has inspired many of his musical successes!
A spusious and independed villa with everything you need for your holidays.
Including:Free air conditioning,satelite tv,local tv,wi fi connection,cd player,iron & Board,washing machine,dish washer,hair dryer,safe box,cooking utensils,oven,toaster,kettle,filter coffee machine,espresso machine with capsules(by Tassimo)microwave,juicer,frigde-freezer.White towlles,pool towels,sun lounger.Jucuzzi at master bedroom.BBQ.
Private parking.Private pool 9x5 m,depth 1,20-1,60 also kids 0,5 depth,with big garden with volley ball net,huge terrages.

Sunsets on the west coast of Crete are amazing!!!The house is build of old stones for keep you cold at summer and warm in winter!
Sfinari is a quiet fishing village west of Chania near to famous beach Falasarna,Balos and Gramvousa aisland and Elafonisi!!You will find in the village tavernas and a small super market.
An extra person (1) can sleep at the sofa for 30 euros per night extra money(pay upon arrival) ,children under 12 stays for free.Bed linen change for 7 days stay and more,maid servise after 3-4 days min stay.
.In response of COVID-19 additional safety & sanitation measures are currently in effect at our property.Pericles Beach Villa has the certification of -Health First- by the Ministry of Greek Tourism
also we have successfully completed the educational course for coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) protection and preventive measures
