Wir vermieten eine kuschelige Ferienwohnung im Souterrain unseres Einfamilienhauses in Marxzell-Burbach im wunderschönen Nordschwarzwald.

Genießen Sie die Ruhe, relaxen Sie auf der großzügigen Terrasse ( 40 m2 ) , die Ihnen exklusiv als Mieter zur Verfügung steht.

Marxzell ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Umland. Ob Langlaufen am Dobel, Wandern im Schwarzwald oder Reiten auf dem Wiesenhof (Islandpferdegestüt) - alles ist möglich.

Auch für Mountainbike- sowie Rennradtouren sind wir liegen wir ideal.

Der Kurort Bad Herrenalb sowie die schöne Kleinstadt Ettlingen sind ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt, Karlsruhe und Pforzheim 20 Minuten und in Baden-Baden sind sie in weniger als 30 Minuten.

Neu – Ladestation E Autos (Typ 2) zum Selbstkostenpreis von 33 Cent je kw/h bei 11 KW.

Der Pelletofen ist erst ab Herbst 2023 einsatzbereit!

Die Terrasse ist nutzbar – man sieht halt das Gerüst.

Sat TV geht aktuell nicht – bis der Dachdecker seine Blecharbeiten abgeschlossen hat (hoffentlich noch im April) – dafür kann man über Streaming einiges Empfangen.

Ansonsten ist die Wohnung top geworden und ihr werdet eine schöne, ruhige Zeit bei uns verbringen können.
