Casa Alloro D is a welcoming studio apartment located in the center of Minori and a few meters from the sea. It sleeps two people. It is approximately 18 square meters (194 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool (located at a short distance, please read below for details) and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed).

You will be in the heart of Minori, a few meters (feet) from restaurants, shops and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Salerno line at 100 meters (330 feet) and the beach at 350 meters (approximately 380 yards).

Casa Alloro D is located on the third floor of a three story building. You will reach it walking past a small entrance gate and going up approximately 60 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Alloro D. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved). Casa Alloro units are part of a three story ancient building located in the center of the charming town of Minori. The apartments are very comfortable and enjoyable for their central position, which is very close to all the amenities of Minori.

Guests have access to the swimming pool of a hotel at approximately 300 meters (328 yards) away from Casa Alloro units. Please remember to reserve your entrance to the swimming pool directly on site, at your arrival, with the local staff.

Swimming Pool

You will reach the swimming pool from the complex along a 300-meters (985-feet) route that cuts through the historic centre. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2.20 meters (7.2 feet) deep. The swimming pool has an oval shape. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex and guests staying at the nearby hotel. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October, from 10.30 am to 6 pm.

 Living Room

The living room is paved with bright sea green tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette can be closed in a cupboard and is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker and a two-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The room has a double-glazed roof window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
