Description

This beautiful beachfront condo was redecorated and updated in December 2017. You will be directly on the white sands of Florida's Gulf Coast watching the sun set off the balcony. In less than a minute, you can leave the condo and have your feet on the warm sand. Our two bedroom, two full bath condo is ideally located directly on Madeira Beach and within walking distance of the famous John's Pass. Enjoy the relaxing ocean waves or head across the street and partake in shopping and restaurants.

The large pool is walkin warm and the condo has the largest hot tub on the beach. If you enjoy grilling, there are two gas grills and one charcoal grill available. Along the beach front you can enjoy dinner or just a drink on one of the many tiki-style tables.

Getting around

A car will be the most convenient, but you can safely walk around the area. Additionally, the Sun Coast Trolley runs right down Gulf Blvd. It can take you from Treasure Island, all the way up to Clearwater.

Response from the owner Thanks for the kind words. The complex is being run by a new management company and they are addressing the hot water as I type this by installing new equipment. I’ve been told the hot water is only an issue during spring break, but that still should not occur. Thanks for staying and you are welcome back any time!

Convenient location with beautiful of gulf. Bocci ball court was fun. Nice pool with jacuzzi. Would stay here again.

How do damage deposits work?
