In the winter, you’ll find people snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and ice-fishing in this enchanting winter wonderland.
When spring and summer roll around, be sure to go turkey hunting, seek out morel mushrooms and go huckleberry picking!
Brundage Mountain is right outside of Mccall and boasts some of the best backcountry skiing in the country. Just past McCall - 15 miles to be exact - is Tamarack Ski Resort. Choose between either of these mountains to practice your skiing or boarding skills. In the summer, hop on a mountain bike or take a hike on one of the sprawling trails for awe-inspiring views!
