Right from the design pages of Chip and Joanna Gaines, this totally remodeled condo is beautifully adorned with a shiplapped double sided fireplace, dark stained ceiling beams, hardwood and tile floors,corrugated metal, wood shelving, granite counter tops, all tile walk in shower, a bed lift and a barn door. Just one mile from the beach and pier boardwalk area, it is a short walk, bike ride or drive. St. Simons Island has 27 public beach accesses with plenty of parking. Why settle for the normal vacation rental when you can relax in ultra luxury uniquely special space that is pleasing to the eye. The condo also has a nice condo pool and expertise room that is about fifty yards from the condo. This gated condo is in the best location on St. Simons Island, in the southern part, within walking distance to most of the fantastic restaurants, Starbucks, grocery stores and shops on the island. The infamous Southern Soul BBQ, featured on Guy Fieri's TV show is about two blocks away. Include is free Comcast 75 mbps blast wireless internet and cable TV. The large master bedroom has an awesome and expensive king mattress and a remote control bed lift. Enjoy reading or watching Net flicks on the new HD smart 43 inch TV inclined to your preference with the bed lift. You will sleep better than you have ever slept before in this set up. Also there is a large walk in closet and a full bathroom with tile floor, marble counter and sink and an all tile walk in shower. In the main living area a double sided fireplace divides the large room into separate areas. Each area has a sofa bed that pulls out into a queen and full sleepers. One side has a 43 inch HD flat screen TV and the other has a LED remote controlled fireplace that also puts out heat. Off to the side of the full kitchen is the dining room that has a round table and gorgeous green bead board wood ceiling with dark stained ceiling beams.The dining room also has 7 windows which allows for tons of natural light. The kitchen has a travertine castle natural stone floor, granite tops, full fridge w ice maker, oven, stove and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook any meal and has two coffee makers to choose from. A Keurig and a full drip maker. There is also a full washer and dryer inside the condo so laundry is a breeze. Included are high end super soft linens, towels and wash clothes. You will be impressed. The condo complex is a small and is very quiet. Most of the residence work and live on SSI or in Brunswick. This condo is on the second floor, which is the top floor, so nothing above or on either side. My wife and I have owned and managed our own rental property for 5 years now and have set everything up to be super simple, easy and relaxing. Large rental companies are slow to respond and are super confusing. You can count on us to respond fast and every time, which is what you need. Our condo door has a coded door lock so no keys to worry about as we simply message you the code ten days before your arrival and your ready to show up and start your vacation. We also own the two bedroom condo right across from this one, so if you have a large family or friends that you travel with, please inquire as to renting both condos together We also have other rental properties so if this one is booked, so please ask about them. We do the best job we can in the description as to the location and put that it is one mile from the beach and pier as we have measured it in our car. Disappointed in not receiving a five star review as the location is described accurately and there is nothing we else we can do. St Simon's island is a small island so nothing is very far.
