The apartment is on the first floor (no lift) of an ancient palace of the 1500s.

Consists of two floors as follows:

1st FLOOR, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with table and 6 chairs, one living room with a double sofa bed and TV, one large bathroom with tub and one double bedroom.

2nd FLOOR, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined and become a double bed, one bathroom with shower.
