This delightful Victorian property has only very recently completed a majpr renovation shcedule and has now become available on the holiday market. Located right next to the beach, Coastguard Cottage offers you a 'home from home' atmosphere, well equipped and a fabulous place for a traditional 'bucket and spade' holiday during the summer and a cosy hideaway in the winter. Best of all you can bring your 4-legged friends as we know they are part of the family - dogs are very welcome!

Although there is a local bus service I would recommend that you have a car to be able to explore the local area.

Although we leave you to check yourselves in with a keysafe, we are always available on the end of the phone, or email if you need any assistance with anything. There is a manual to the cottage with everything listed but I am happy to pop over at any time (as long as I am available) to help if you need me.

Great communication prior to our stay with the owners - Emma. Couldn't have been a nicer place, next to the beach, the amusements, opposite a lovely pub (ate there 5 times). Quirky but homely decor (we were looking for pins to stick on the maps on the wall). Plenty of crockery, cooking facilities and seating for 4! Reassurance of cleanliness in the strange Covid19 times. The auto charge of £25 for dogs a let down, but I suppose a positive for dog owners that the place was dog friendly. Probably our 10th time to Sea Palling.

Covid-19 has certainly put a strain on everyone and so we are deligthed that our cleaning procedures and extra attention to the smaller details are appreciated - it hasn't been an easy season that's for sure! We like to do something different decor wise at all of our properties and the vintage maps I have to say are a favourite of ours too You would be more than welcome to return if you fancied an 11th visit to this particular area - you know where we are, Many thanks for taking the time to review your stay - much appreciated.

“Coast guard cottage - Excellent”

We found sea palling last year on a one day visit and was amazed with the beach and surrounding areas , so booked coast guard cottage for a week in July which was just after covid lock down . The cottage is beautiful decorated , very clean and very close to all amenities. Cottage had everything and more of what is needed . I give service , cleanliness, location , 10 out of 10. With great communication with owner . Very happy and will defo go back again . Gill , mark and Henry the dog .

How do damage deposits work?
