Holiday home carefully restored, perfect for relaxing and cultural holiday. Located in the regional park Périgord-Limousin, near the village of Jumilhac with its majestic castle and its markets. The accommodation comprises on the ground floor: * Entrance and cloakroom * Large living room with convertible sofa beds, table and six chairs, TV, DVD, WiFi * equipped kitchen with its original bread oven stone country, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster .... * master bedroom: double berth and storage-closet. * Equipped bathroom (bath, double sinks, storage). * Separate toilets. * Laundry with washing machine, sink, table and iron. Upstairs: * Extensive poutrée room with cathedral ceiling, kitchen garden view, 2 single beds convertible into double bed, storage, wardrobe, desk. * Bathroom with toilet and sink. In the garden (1 hectare): Private swimming pool 8m x 4m with sun loungers and chairs, trampoline, swing, slide, football goals, badminton .... Terrace and garden furniture.
