Description

Well presented apartment very close to the beach in central Marbella. Jardines del Mar is located between Hotel Senator and the sea front, near the 5* Gran Melia Don Pepe Hotel and the Palacio De Congresos (Exbibition Centre) a 2 minute walk to the beach. THE PROPERTY HAS FREE WI FI AND AIRCON

The apartment is in a gated complex with a 24-hour concierge service and has just been renovated. It has been newly decorated and has new furniture in the lounge. The bedroom is spacious and can be set as either a double or 2 single beds. It has a sliding door which can be opened to make more space in the lounge which has a TV, couch and reclining chair also dining for 4. There is also a patio table and chairs on the balcony. In the evening, you can eat in the balcony area of the apartment & watch a most beautiful sunset going down over the mountains.There is a full kitchen with everything you will need to prepare simple meals.

The shared swimming pool is set in pretty gardens with a large separate pool for children. There are sun loungers available on a first come first served basis.

Parking is available on a first come first served basis.

You will be checked in by a Manager who speaks English and Spanish and will be able to assist you in case of emergency or problem with the property. Please note that passports or identity cards must be presented at key handover for inspection, and will be photographed and entered onto the police database as required by local law. Only authorised guests allowed in apartment. N.B. Late check in after 21.00 hour to 23.00 hours have a cost of 50€ payable on arrival. Due to the operational problems caused by very late check ins, arrival times of later than 23.00 at the property are not accepted, if your flight or other method of transportation is delayed we will accommodate you, but please note there would be a late check in charge of 100€.

“Would Return to Jardines Del Mar”

We really loved everything about our week in Marbella. The apartment in Jardines Del Mar delivered everything it promised and more! Gated apartment with concierge always on duty. Modern, clean and well equipped with lots of extras. Wi Fi great bonus! Spacious balcony. Only 2 minute walk to the beach - so convenient, we went every day, early or late. Location great too, close to small supermarket, bus routes and taxi. Lots of good restaurants on seafront within walking distance. Very safe area. Would highly recommend.

“Excellent apartment”

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment, it is very comfortable, lovely & bright, & very clean. This apartment is only 4/5 mins walk to beach & restaurants. The 24 hour concierge gave a feeling of safety & security. Would absolutely stay there again as it ticks all the boxes for me.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
