Description

Niro Paradise is a nice holiday villa situated at only 50 m from the most beautiful white sandy beach. However the house has a direct access to the beach without crossing the street.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, all air-conditioned, with ceiling fans and mosquito nets. All rooms have en-suite bathroom and double balcony doors to a balcony or terrace! There are no bathrooms to share! For the smokers or those who just want to read a book there are tables and seats on balconies and terraces. From the large dining table inside or the lounge you have a direct access to several terraces around the villa, very easy and safe for children to play barefoot.

The villa has double balcony doors in every room, lounge or dining what makes the house very spacious and comfortable!

Kusyombunguo Paradise has a high quality fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, separate drinks-fridge and professional cooker! On request your private cook makes you really feel at paradise by offering you a variety of delicious meals and daily fresh crab, lobster and fish! The Villa has a private tilled swimming-pool of 6 x 10 m and a marvelous spa/Jacuzzi ! Towels are provided for the different sunbeds on the terraces around the pool and Jacuzzi. We can arrange for your daily private massage at home by professional massage girls. A separate gazebo with American pool-table invites you for a small break in the shadow. Or why not organizing a competition darts or table-tennis ?

The villa is very well located, in a safe area, not isolated of the world and very good accessible by plane or car! We are situated at walking distance of the well known hotel Neptune Paradise with diving school and some local shops around the hotel, easy to buy a souvenir, cigarettes, a telephone card or just a bottle of water ! The public minibus transport "matatu" stops in front of the hotel. On the beach there are several possibilities to do water-sports such as snorkeling, diving, kite-surfing (new school at walking distance), big-game fishing or swimming.
