This lovely detached cottage situated near Wadebridge sleeps six people in three ***********. 2 - Cedar Lodge is a delightful detached cottage situated on the Hustyns resort, 3.5 miles from the market town of Wadebridge. This cottage, set over most of the ground floor, sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one first floor king-size double with en-suite shower, a double and a twin with en-suite bath, together with a family shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside there's off road parking for four cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue, and on-site there's a indoor swimming pool, tennis court, steam room and gym. No. 2 - Cedar Lodge is a lovely Cornwall holiday base.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 55" TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and hot tub. Shared use of leisure centre with on-site heated indoor swimming pool, steam room, outdoor tennis court and gym at no additional cost. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: Balcony off first floor bedroom, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Leisure facilities are fully open and available to people staying on site included in their stay.
