A detached stone cottage located near the town of Presteigne in Powys, it can sleep seven people in four bedrooms.Rock Cottage is a detached, stone-built cottage set near Presteigne in Powys. It has four bedrooms including a double with an en-suite, a double zip/link, a double and a single, there is also a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep seven people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a dining room with a woodburning stove and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is ample off road parking and an enclosed gravelled area with a hot tub and a private gym. Rock Cottage is a stunning cottage in a great countryside location.
Amenities: Electric heating with two woodburning stoves. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Iron/Ironing board, Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Travel cot, high chair and stairgate available on request. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Enclosed gravel area with hot tub and gym equipment. Two well-behaved dogs welcome downstairs. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.4 miles.
