GREAT SOUTH END LOCATION! Enormous remodeled, bright & cheerful 1 bedroom end unit, with an open floor plan! New furniture, linens, bed, flat screen TV, Corian counter tops, appliances - including dishwasher - and full size washer & dryer. Beach towels and chairs also provided. Only one block from the secluded South Beach at the mouth of the Back River & just three blocks away from the Tybee Pavilion & Pier, the main strip of shops, restaurants, and famous bars. Everything is within walking distance!

If you wish to visit the North side of the island or go to North Beach, you can get anywhere on the island for a $3 cab ride - there are two companies - Breezy and Turtle Cab. You can also rent a bike, if you'd like.

House rules

Please be aware that not all units in the complex are vacation rentals. Some people live there full time. Tybee is full of fun loving people, but please no parties or late, loud partying. I love my neighbors. :-)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Brenda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
