Comfortable and modern 2 bedroom apartment in the center of Costa Adeje in the popular tourist complex Mareverde. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Convenient entrance to the apartment without stairs. Direct access from the terrace to the communal pool.
Detailed description of the apartment: master bedroom with double bed and TV, bathroom with shower, second small bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchen combined with living room, equipped with household appliances: stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave , blender, refrigerator. There are utensils for cooking and eating. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people, a table, a TV with international channels. Terrace with dining table overlooking the pool and sun canopy.
The apartment is equipped with: free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, fans, safe with coded lock, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels, vacuum cleaner. In the presence of the necessary things for the first time: detergent, dishwashing detergent, sponge, soap, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, paper towels. For guests with children, on request, for an additional fee, baby things are provided: a cot, a chair for feeding. The apartment is non-smoking, smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

“Maraverde Apartment”
The apartment was lovely. Spacious, clean everything you need there - washing machine, microwave, full oven, toaster, iron and ironing board. Thankfully a full standing fan too as not much breeze through tiny window in main bedroom and none in twin bedroom as window is just glass panel to the kitchen area. Felt overlooked by neighbours but all apartments on the complex are like that. Snack bar on the complex serves great breakfast but are so rude! Only ate there twice and was shocked at the attitude. Pool freezing and desperately needs fixing. Can’t fault the actual apartment though. It was really nice. Just the pool made it less enjoyable but thankfully my parents were staying somewhere with a heated pool so we used theirs

“Home from home with sun”
Just back from 10 days here apartment was great, wifi fully fitted kitchen modern apartment ground floor poolside. Location is central to everything you need Will be back again next year.

“Great location and beautiful apartment”
Stayed here for 10 days with my 2 children in October 2018. My children loved the pools which kept them occupied happily with all the levels, waterfall and slide bits. It was very cold water but kids don't care lol. The pool edges were a bit tired looking but didn't effect use. The apartment is lovely and you can see newly fitted with kitchen, bathroom and decorated through out, I would say possibly one of the most comfortable double beds I have slept in abroad, I'm a lousy sleeper but slept great. Although would recommend eye mask as no blinds on small window in double bedroom. The owners are very nice, mentioned it was very hot 1st night and the next day they had bought a new room fan which made the rest of the stay cool. Everything you could possibly need is in the apartment and the nice touch is they leave what others haven't used for future visitors! ie dishwasher tabs, cloths, sauces etc. The Italian couple next door (residents) are lovely. Only ate at the on site food bar once which was nice and reasonably priced (water filling machine there which is cheaper than buying more bottles, more eco friendly and less distance to carry back than from shops, awesome idea).. The complex is only 10 min walk from a large supermarket (tip - take wheelie cabin case to put shopping in, saves on arms). There is 2 little shops just outside complex but contents are limited and more money than supermarket. Only 10-15 min stroll to sea, snorkelling near harbour (where inflatable obstacle course is) is great, lots of beautiful fish to be seen. Overall great holiday, apartment and location.
