Description

Luxury 1 bedroom apartment in La Menara Urbanisation in Vera Playa. This is a much sought after naturist urbanisation. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a beautifully maintained complex. The complex has been recently painted as has the inside of the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped for a holiday or a long stay in this naturist area of Spain. The lounge has chaise long sofa with door to the private terrace and beautifully tended garden. Patio furniture and sunbeds provided. The kitchen and dining area and lounge are open plan. The kitchen has fridge freezer, new oven and hob, microwave, new washing machine and all utensils to make this a home from home holiday. The bathroom has been newly renovated with large wetroom . Towels are provided. 2 beach towels provided plus beach umbrella. A hairdryer is available for your use. The bedroom has king size bed and fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and a safe for your security. Both the lounge and the bedroom have air conditioning/heating. UK TV and Satellite tv are installed giving you all uk tv channels, sports, series sets and over 9000 movies

WIFI is also free for you to use in our apartment. Communal pool is 50m from the apartment. The apartment is suitable for those with walking difficulties. Private allocated parking is in front of the apartment so not far to walk at all.

A euro coin meter is installed in the apartment. 10.50 euros of electricity per week (on short term lets) will be provided but excess to this (air conditioning can use more) you will be required to place euros into the meter.

Getting around

Many people arrive by car and use our secure covered parking. There is a good bus service just a couple of minutes walk from the aparment taking you to Vera Town Centre with many bars and retaurants and great Saturday market. The opposite direction is Garrucha, Puerto Rey, and Mojacar. Great Bars restaurants and beaches (non naturist) There is a bus time table in the drawer in our apartment.

Interaction with guest

Myself or one of my family will meet you at the apartment with keys and Spanish contract. We will require passport copies please on arrival for all people over the age of 16. If you are arriving by bus from one of the airports it will normally drop you by a nearby supermarket (Consum). We dont expect you to walk from there so are happy to meet you there with your luggage and take you to our apartment. We will leave our telephone number with you so that you can contact us throughout your stay. Airport transfers can be arranged.

House rules

All community rules need to be adhered to. It is a naturist complex so you must be prepared to be naked to use the pool. No swimwear allowed. You must be courteous and polite to all residents or guests., NO SMOKING at all inside the apartment. Smoking on the terrace is permitted. If you lose any keys to the apartment and urbanisation gates you will deducted from your deposit. A key fob for the parking area is provided but ¨MUST be returned at the end of your rental.
