Newly refurbished - An area of 800 sq.m surrounds the very beautiful villa, sleeps 4-6 comfortably.A short walk from Agios Nikitas village with absolute privacy. The land is dotted with big trees and plants so you can enjoy your lunch or breakfast in the open space, with shade or sunshine. On the back yard, under the trees, there is your private swimming pool with sunbeds and chairs which offers you total relaxation and privacy.

Just one minute walk you can find the very beautiful beach of Ag. Nikitas with mini markets and a splendid selections of tavernas and bars.

A further five minutes drive to the north or south will take you to some much larger beaches where the sea and the swimming is superb.

Prices include maid service, change of bed linen and towels.

Changeovers on Sunday or Saturday (in principal).If bookings allow it can be flexible

How do damage deposits work?
