This first floor apartment is situated three miles from the resort of Filey near Scarborough and can sleep two people in one bedroom.Sunny Bay is a first floor apartment located close to the resort of Filey in North Yorkshire. Hosting one double bedroom and a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to two people. Inside you will also find an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area. To the outside is off road parking. Situated in a pleasant setting and close to the seaside, Sunny Bay is a refreshing retreat in a delightful part of England.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 40" Smart TV, WiFi, selection of books and games Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot. Communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes. Off road parking with no parking bay restrictions. One well-behaved pet welcome.
