Casablanca 20 -Beautiful Self Catering Villa with Air Conditioning in wonderful Casablanca, Nerja. This Self Catering Luxury Villa has a fabulous community Pool and Gardens. Casablanca 20 is ideal for family accommodation for up to 4 persons at a low budget and affordable price. This holiday Villa on Casablanca is within 600 metres from Playazo beach and within walking distance of all the lovely beaches that Nerja has on offer.

Golf Courses are abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del Sol is famous for Baviera Golf.

Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

This beautiful moorish style villa has recently been very tastefully renovated throughout the property to an excellent standard with a new fitted kitchen, new bathroom and shower room and tiled throughout . The accommodation is on 3 levels with a roof terrrace on 2 seperate levels with a seperate kitchen which is fully equiped with everything you would need for a short or long term stay including fridge /freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven and hob. In addition, the villa benefits from two bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and its own balcony and one with a seperate bathroom. The villa has a large sitting room / dining area (equipped with satellite TV). Guests can choose to relax and soak up the sun on the large ground floor south facing garden terrace, the first floor balcony which is also south facing or the roof terrace which enjoys 360 degree panoramic and stunning views of the surrounding sea and mountains.Garden furniture is provided.There is a fabulous community pool 30 yards away which is solely for the residents on this small urbinisation and is therefore never crowded open from May to October.

All linen and towels (except beach towels) are also provided and the villa is equipped with washing machine, iron and log burning fire, for the cooler evenings in the winter months. Air conditioning which doubles up as heating for the cooler winter nights is also provided. If you hire a car parking is available right outside the property.Car hire, scooter hire and airport pickup can be arranged.

The villa is 800mtrs from Playa Playazo which it overlooks, from where you can go for a stroll and discover a number of chiringuitos and sample the delights of the spanish cuisine and the wonderful, but yet inexpensive, local vino. Playa Playazo links directly to the beautiful Playa Torrecilla and Nerja town, this is a beautiful 20 minute stroll along the waters edge whilst soaking up the fantastic Costa Del Sol sun.

Nerja has numerous amenities, restaurants, shops and the world famous Balcon De Europe.
