We are delighted to be able to present this beautiful air conditioned luxury apartment for holiday rentals, in Nerja town, situated perfectly for a peaceful stay, yet only five minutes walk to the famous Balcon de Europa, and the lovely picturesque whitewashed centre of Nerja, with all it’s fabulous views of the sea and mountains

This apartment has been furnished to a very high standard, with attention to detail. There are two lovely large bedrooms and one good sized excellent bathroom, with bath and shower. There is a beautifully furnished and spacious lounge/dining room with large patio doors leading on to a sunny balcony, where you can breakfast each morning or enjoy a pre-dinner drink or nightcap, with views of the sea, moon and stars! Whilst the sun shines, there is a private roof terrace with plenty of space to enjoy, complete with sunbeds, dining table and chairs and a barbecue.

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you could need, including kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. There is a dishwasher and washing machine, full oven and hob, and again, very generously sized.

If all that were not enough, the Apartment boasts a lovely communal pool, in lush gardens, and screened with shrubs and flowers for privacy and relaxation.

Finally, because of the position of Luxury Apartment Mediterraneo, you really do not need a car to get around the town, but if you do prefer to hire a car during your stay, there is a private underground car park space for your use, at a nominal charge per week.

There it is! The apartment with everything - we know you would not be disappointed!

Facilities:

Air con is available in all rooms with a nominal charge of 60 Euros per week. If you do not wish to take advantage of the air conditioning we can also provide free standing fans as an altenative.
