The Apt is newly renovated. The building is pre-war style which is multi-family and give you the experience of living like a local. Kitchen and bathroom are freshly renovated and decorated. The space is fully furnished to accommodate up to 4 people. Great neighborhood , diverse and on the rise. Centrally located near restaurants , bars, churches, parks , groceries, and laundrys . Easy access to public transportation, get you to the city in no time . A comfortable stay in a quiet unit near back of the property.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Frank (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
