Casa Maria-Immaculate air conditioned 2 bedroomed Holiday Vacation Home situated in peaceful Punta Lara, a very pretty pueblo of whitewashed houses. Ideal for families and couples who like quiet relaxing holidays.

This self catering holiday villa has stunning panoramic views of the sea, Nerja and the surrounding mountain range from the living room, terrace and roof terrace. The roof terrace is equipped with table chairs sun loungers and shower and is an ideal area for those who like to go home with a lovely golden Costa Del Sol tan. The best feature of this beautiful property is the wonderful floral terrace area which is connected to one of the bedrooms and the lounge area with patio doors. This terrace is adorned with plants and a beautiful borginvilia tree which stretches over the wooden pergola giving very welcome shade in the hot summer days and yet allowing sufficient sunshine to trickle through its branches, making this such a pleasant area for both relaxing or dining where you can make use of the wonderful gas BBQ.

The Villa has two large bedrooms a lovely fully fitted kitchen area, beautifully furnished living room with free View English TV.

Punta Lara communal pool (with childrens pool and lifeguard) gardens and restaraunts are just a minutes stroll from the house and I cannot think of a nicer place to enjoy Miguels large pork Kebab whilst sitting and enjoying the views that this location has in abundance .

There are several good restaurants and bars within walking distance including the newly opened First Restaurant where the cuisine comes highly recommended. Nerja centre is only a 5 minutes by car, or 25 minutes walk away. A taxi from Nerja is only 7 euro. Cots and highchairs etc can be hired.

Each bedroom has large built in wardrobes with lots of storage space, all bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for the summer and heaters for the winter. It has a modern fully fitted kitchen and a beautiful bathroom with shower facilities.

There is parking outside the property, or in a nearby parking area. The Villa/House is situated in the meandering streets of Punta Lara. There are a few steps leading down to the front of the house, which is just a few minutes walking distance to the communal pool and gardens.

Nerja / Punta Lara area

The charming town of Nerja is only a 45 minute drive east from Malaga Airport and, unlike some of its famous Costa del Sol neighbours, is still full of local character and colour. It provides the ideal setting to suit all your holiday requirements.

Here in Nerja you have everything! Mountains, sea, beautiful views everywhere you look; the old town of Nerja boasts wonderful restaurants, pavement café’s, wonderful tapas bars to sample authentic Spanish dishes - a truly lovely place to stay…..

Also, from here, it is easy to visit the city of Malaga - beautiful with it’s magnificent Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, whitewashed streets, and Piazzas where you can take in fantastic shopping or just sit and watch the world go by in any of the authentic cafés, bars and restaurants. Granada, Seville, Cordoba, and Ronda, are also within easy reach, and boast the most wonderful architecture and views.

The beautiful community pool, arguably the best communal pool in Nerja, is reserved for the exclusive use of the residents of the small community and therefore never crowded and is a short walk from the front door of the villa.

The villa is approximately 5 minutes walk from the beach where there are restaurants and water sports. The beach is illuminated at night and is popular walk into Nerja town. There is an excellent bus service to and from the town and taxis are always available.

All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and the villa is equipped with a television that receives Freeview English channels. An iron and ironing board is also provided. Car hire, scooter hire and airport pickup can be arranged.
