BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE. We would like to offer reassurance to all who will be reserving a holiday at our property that should Covid restrictions in any way prevent guests from taking up their holiday that they will receive a full refund including deposit. In addition, we would like to offer the extra reassurance that the property will be professionally cleaned between all visits backed up by a final fogging process.

Dragon Cottage is a four bedroom beautifully furnished and well equipped self catering property which sleeps up to six adults and two babies. It is centrally located in Tenby, West Wales within 2-3 minutes walking distance to the sea front, town centre and supermarket. There is also a grocery shop very conveniently placed only a few yards from the Cottage. The Bowling Green is just up the road and the Golf Club is in close proximity. At the rear of the cottage is a secure and private garden with patio. Wi-fi is available at no extra cost.

Dragon Cottage is a four star self-catering accommodation, situated in a relatively quiet Tenby street facing south, and therefore in a centrally sunny spot. It has recently been refurbished, yet retains many of its original features. The property has a level access with two bathrooms (ground floor and first floor), and a single ground floor bedroom. This makes it very suitable for an elderly person who might not wish to use the stairs. Two high chairs; two cots and stair gates are available on request. Also towels. (Small extra charge).

• Lounge with colour TV / DVD; radio; two 3 seater comfy sofas; tub chair and window seat running the length of the room.

• Kitchen/Dining area fully equipped with automatic washing machine; dishwasher; fridge-freezer; electric cooker and

microwave.

• Bedroom 1 with single bed.

• Bathroom 1 with bath; bath shower; separate shower unit; toilet; wash basin; shaver point.

• Boiler room with tumble drier.

• Hallway with stairs.

First floor

• Bedroom 2 with a single bed; circular marble wash hand basin.

• Bedroom 3 with two single beds.

• Bedroom 4 with double bed; wash hand basin.

• Bathroom 2 with claw footed bath; toilet; wash hand basin; shaver point.

Not only is Dragon Cottage ideally located for your self catering holiday cottage in Tenby, it is also fully equipped with all that you might need to make your stay in the beautiful county of Pembrokeshire a memorable one.

PARKING - A residential parking permit can be arranged for all who stay at Dragon Cottage, which would allow you to park close to base along Trafalgar Road. In addition, there are three free parking spaces outside the Cottage which is on a first come first served basis. There is also a multi storey car park just around the corner and weekly parking tickets can be purchased at a reasonable rate. Once purchased this ticket will allow you to park in any council car park throughout the county of Pembrokeshire. This could prove to be of benefit especially if you plan to visit other locations within the county. (Please contact us at least 6 weeks before your stay should you require a parking application form).

The road outside the Cottage is relatively quiet and it is easy to on/off load.

Tenby is one of Wales' premier holiday resorts, famous for its beautiful sandy beaches, clean seas and stunning scenery. Situated on Pembrokeshire's south coast it is a mere two hours drive from the Severn Bridge. From its picturesque harbour are organised daily boat trips, including fishing expeditions and visits to the famous Caldey Island and its Cistertian monks. Tenby is the perfect place to go on holiday with so many things to do and places to visit. No matter what the weather is like you will find that the Tenby area offers you plenty of choice. If you have children in tow then you can be assured that they will be fully occupied throughout your stay.

We really enjoyed our holiday. We arrived and were grateful to find it clean and thoroughly ready for it and the extra mile had been gone to because of Corona Virus. We had everything we needed and the location was superb for a great beach stay. We all slept well here and enjoyed the facilities both in the house and close by. The beaches were gorgeous and soo close. We would love to come again.

How do damage deposits work?
