Description
We built our building in 2010. We feature a pharmacy museum and old fashioned look on the first floor, but the penthouse is update and new with the latest appliances and fixtures. There is no other place like it in Ouray! The penthouse is on the third floor at the top of our building. Guests get a garage door opener so they can park in the garage. The penthouse is only one floor up, since the lot slopes up in the back one floor. The views are remarkable and are the best in town. We have two decks - one by the entrance that faces east that gives our guests 400 square feet of lounging and grilling space with views of the Ampitheatre Mountains. It is extremely private and quiet. The front deck is a balcony from which you can watch the activity of town from three floors up. Again, it is private shaded by a Frazier fir. We have a laundry room and provide almost all of what you need to enjoy the town such as pool towels for the Hot Springs pool, a grill, satellite tv and wifi. There is a full kitchen for your convenience. If you need heat, we have in-floor to warm your tootsies. We also have a swamp cooler to cool during the summer, as well as a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Please come and see the best place to enjoy Ouray!

My husband and I take great pride in keeping it the nicest place to stay in Ouray. I do all the cleaning myself so that it remains well maintained. We built the building in 2010 and want to keep it looking new and beautiful. We hope that you will return to stay with us again. Thank you again.
