Description

This two bedroom cape and studio cabin with sleeping loft is within walking distance of Norwood Cove, the causeway, golf, Acadia hiking trails: Flying Mt., St. Sauveur, and Acadia Mt. Only one mile to town center and one and a half miles to swimming at Echo Lake.

The Cape's first floor has a cook's kitchen with island seating, casual dining room with seating for a large group, a cozy living room, a bedroom with queen bed, and a full bath. The upstairs is open concept with a queen on one side and two twins on the other, a seating area with built in bookshelves, and a full bath. Off the first floor is a large deck for grilling and spending the evenings under the stars and cedar trees. SMART TV, VCR, DVD, WiFi, CABLE, INTERNET, MW, DW, W/D, FANS, HEAT, DECK, GAS GRILL. Max occupancy in the Cape is six.

The attached Studio Cabin is also included for adult guests. You will find rustic charm with its barn board trim, cathedral ceiling and bent cedar spiral ladder that leads to the sleeping loft with a full bed. The cabin has its own fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, double sofa bed and a full bath. WiFi, INTERNET, MW, FAN, HEAT. Max occupancy in the Cabin is three. The cabin set up is not particularly child friendly. The Cabin is not available separately.

“MDI family get together”

Pictures do not do this place justice! We had a stress free, relaxing time on MDI Maine Southwest Harbor at Evergreen Hill Cape. The house was plenty big enough sleeping the 7 of us with a bed to spare. Everything you could possibly need was there!
