Venez vous ressourcer dans le Cotentin, à Aumeville-Lestre à 1 km de la mer, à 10mns de Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue venant d'être élue Village Préféré des Français 2019 et aussi inscrite au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO).
Histoire, gastronomie, mer, verdure et calme vous accueilleront à Versailles (lieu-dit où se situe notre gîte).
Notre gîte peut accueillir 5 personnes + 1 bébé.
C'est une maison individuelle, séparée de notre maison par une dépendance (très peu de vis à vis), elle comprend:
Cour + terrain 1000m², se situe à 800m de la mer) + Garage (pour rangements divers, comprenant 2 vélos, barbecue, salon de jardin)
Au rez-de chaussée: 1 cuisine aménagée (plaque vitrocéramique, réfrigérateur/congélateur, four électrique, lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, grille-pain, cafetière, bouilloire, mixeur) + 1 salle de bain/WC (lave-linge, sèche-cheveux) + 1 salle/salon (TV, Internet)
A l'étage: 2 grandes chambres (1 avec 1 lit 2 personnes, 1 avec lit superposé 2 personnes en bas et 1 personne au dessus) + 1 lit et petite chaise bébé.
Possibilité de location pour minimum 3 jours (si court séjour, plus-value de 15% par rapport au tarif en vigueur. Exemple: semaine à 350€, 50€/jour + 15% = 57,50€. Taxe de séjour (à payer à part du tarif de location): 1,30€/ personne/ jour compris dans le tarif.
Location de draps: 20€/lit, linge de toilette: 5€/personne (voir avec le propriétaire pour le règlement, espèces ou chèque, à régler le jour de l'arrivée). et ménage = 80€.
Tarif des réservations 2023: 100% pour la 1ère semaine, - 30% sur la 2nde semaine et - 50% sur la 3ème semaine

“Aangenaam vakantieverblijf, zeker met kinderen!”
We hadden een leuke vakantieweek in dit vissershuisje dicht bij de zee. Het verblijf was heel proper, comfortabel en heel kindvriendelijk. Er was een grote tuin om in te spelen. De eigenaars waren zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig. De locatie is ook ideaal om mooie dorpjes, marktjes en mooie wandelingen te maken langs de vele stranden.
