Description
This wonderful villa is located in Buger in a very quiet and natural environment.
This is one of the three houses on the huge peace of beautiful land belonging to the same owners.
The houses are far enough to have their own privacy!
But if you would like you can book only this villa or the three of them which can host up to 26 people! Ideal for Yoga retreats, bicyclist etc..
On the ground floor there is a lovely entrance hall, a room with ensuite bathroom, two living rooms, dining room and kitchen which has recently been refurbished.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, all with living area and cabin shower, they have been recently renovated and the floor is made with microcement which gives a very clean and modern touch.
The pool and garden have lovely views to the Sierra Tramuntana, the garden areas are very well maintained. There is a BBQ area with a wood oven.
Located on a hill, 36 km away from Palma city, the village of Buger overlooks a big area of countryside in the north of the island.
It preserves, in perfect conditions, some wind mills, small streets and houses hundreds of years old that give it its peculiar “mallorquinian” character.
