This old fishing seaside house, is located at the Lučica bay, which lot of sailors consider like one of the 5 most beautiful bays on the Adriatic sea. The property is located 2 km from Milna ,with free parking at 10 m from the house. The undisturbed nature, crystal clear sea,sandy bay,rich with fish ,and all of that in front of your bed, are great prerequisites for a good vacation. The climate on this side of Brac is so mild that it is possible to stay from spring to late autumn.
