Waterway Landing is a beautifully decorated, bright and very comfortable condo located on the Intracoastal Waterway in North Myrtle Beach. This is a ground floor end unit. Sit in the enclosed sunroom and watch the boats go by while the sun sets at the end of the day. This will truly be the vacation property to relax and unwind in. If you have to check your email or surf the web, the condo has Wi-Fi access. There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom suite with its own entrance to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The gated community is quiet, private and offers 2 community pools with hot tubs. It also has grill and picnic areas located right on the waterway.

“Outdated but great view”

The view from the screened porch was excellent, however, the condo needed a little more care and updating. The carpet needed replaced or cleaned. Tile from kitchen to living room was loose and a tripping hazard. Side chairs in living room had “blankets” on them with rope around them. The owners need to come and make some improvements. I’m giving it 4 stars for the view from the porch.

The chairs are covered for decorative purposes and wrapped with nautical rope. This is definitely a great location and has amazing views.
