Apartments in Costa Adeje, Bahia del Duque, complex Terrazas del Duque, has 3 bedrooms with a capacity of 6 people.

A high-level complex located in an ideal family-friendly area with one of the best beaches in Tenerife. This whole area is a high-quality exclusive resort, and the beach itself is just wonderful with a large walking area along the ocean with a number of stylish restaurants and cafes. A 10-minute walk from the complex there are two large shopping centers, Plaza del Duque and Corner, with boutiques for every taste and cafes. Five-star hotels with louge-bars and restaurants are located nearby, where guests of the apartment can not only have a delicious dinner, but also spend a nice evening.

The complex is equipped with video surveillance cameras, a reception area, as well as beautifully decorated and at the entrance to the reception you will always be greeted with a bouquet of fresh flowers.

The apartment has 140 m². The apartment is very sunny, comfortable, tastefully furnished, with views of the mountains and the ocean. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms one of which with access to the terrace, 2 bathrooms, separate spacious kitchen, laundry room, living room with access to the lower terrace with a partial view of the ocean and the mountains. There are marquise and curtains, as well as a dining table. The kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, cutlery and dishes in sufficient quantities, coffee maker and kettle.

From the amenities iron, internet (wi-fi), alarm, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, 2 TVs, satellite antenna (languages: Spanish, English, French), heated swimming pool of the residential complex, children's pool, closed parking in the same building and the possibility of parking along the complex outside.

On the second floor of the apartment there is a terrace of 100 m2 with a lounge, sun beds, outdoor shower. There is also a full barbecue area. On the terrace there is a sufficient amount of garden furniture for quality rest. Along the perimeter of the terrace planted numerous Canarian plants.

The complex is located 1 km from the sandy beach "Playa del Duque", 2 km from the supermarket "Mercadona (Gran Sur)", 5 km from the golf course "Golf Costa Adeje", 6 km from the water park "Siam Park", 9 km from Golf Playa de Las Americas golf course, 21 km from Aeropuerto Reina Sofia (Sur) airport, 83 km from Aeropuerto de Los Rodeos (Norte) airport.

“What a find”

A lovely apartment, spacious and spotlessly clean in a very well cared for complex. All bedrooms are large and the kitchen is well equipped. The rooftop patio is enormous with plenty of seating. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend. We would have no hesitation with booking again. Thank you to all involved in making our stay so enjoyable.
