3 Bedrooms sleeps 6 plus evtl. another 2 on the Sofa Sleeper, Jacuzzi, free wireless lan and phone in the USA

The house with a southern exposure is located on a saltwater canal in southwest Cape Coral. We just have furnished it newly. Here some details: The house has 3 bedrooms (2 double with king size beds and 1 with two twinbeds), 2 bathrooms, a bigger than average heated pool with Jacuzzi and a large Lanai. In the reception room is a large 65' HDTV-Screen with a video and DVD player. There is also a stereo with radio and CD. In one of the drawers you will find a selection of CDs, videos and DVDs for you and the kids. The garage is for 1 car and there is also a laundry room. In every bedroom is a radio alarm clock with integrated CD player. Next to the kitchen is the dining area and the open-log-fire where you can relax with a nice glass of wine during the 'chillier' evenings in Florida. There is a huge BBQ-Grill on the Lanai. There are 6 bycicles in the garage, which you can use on your own risk. Same is with pool toys, airmatress, Beach Chairs, fishing ruds etc. the use of these is all on your own risk!
