Baan Kimsacheva is nestled in a green hillside location in North Chaweng on Koh Samui Island and offers breath-taking views over Chaweng Beach and the Gulf of Thailand. This perfect family home is a short 5-minute drive from Koh Samui International Airport and distinguishes itself through its perfect location granting you full privacy and relaxation while it is close enough to enjoy the bustling nightlife of Chaweng or the famous Fisherman’s Village.

Contemporary modern elegance with classic design elements are the words that describes best the ambiance at the property, when following the smooth sandstone staircase leading down from the entrance and private carport to the fully airconditioned lounge level.

This stylish 6-bedroom villa is flooded with light and disposes of large and elegant sliding glass doors throughout the generous lounge with a panoramic balcony over the entire length with views to all sides. The bright bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms are on 2 levels and each pampers with generous privacy. Free-standing bathtubs and open-air bathrooms for the 3 upper-level bedrooms underline the perfect tropical feeling of Baan Kimsacheva.

The 100 sq.m. lounge and TV area is fully air-conditioned, fitted with a huge flat screen TV, international channels, espresso machine and a

sit up bar counter. The new look after full renovation underlines the passion for an accomplished twist of contemporary style with classic design elements.

CHILL

The open and covered lounge area by the pool has both sun and shaded spaces for pure relaxation, tanning on the sunbeds or chilling with a cool drink on one of the many loungers in the shade. The lower level has an additional private outdoor sitting area with views over Chaweng bay if one looks for some privacy.

DINE

A large dining table for 12 guests is available at the pool level to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner parties alfresco by the pool and under the stars. The same level features the fully equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, drinking water dispenser, microwave, stove and a huge fridge. Our private chef service is available on request for you if you wish to taste the flavors of the true Thai cuisine.

SWIM

The 15 m infinity edge pool will let you unwind and give you the well-deserved holiday feeling. Enjoy the changing ambiances with the large shaded sala located by the end of the pool. Breath-taking views over the neighbouring lush hills and Chaweng beach will invite you for a sunset cocktail, maybe a relaxing massage or an inspiring yoga session as the sun rises or sets.

SLEEP

Above the main living lounge are located 3 of the 6 double bedrooms, including one master suite with private terrace and views over 2 of the island’s coasts. The ensuite bathrooms at this level lead onto own private courtyards with a free-standing terrazzo bathtub set amongst the palm trees. LED lighted mirrors make the ambiance perfect.

LOCALE

The villa is located in a quiet area and within less than 7 minutes drive from the international airport and on the other hand 7 minutes from the buzzing center of Central Festival shopping mall and Chaweng beach or Choeng Mon beach on the other side. All major attractions, shopping, bars and restaurants are just around the corner. If you like to rent your own car, Baan Kimsacheva has it’s own covered and shaded parking space with external lighting at the entrance of the villa
