Response from the manager Good afternoon Arnie. I'm sorry if you felt the feedback from the owners was insulting. I assure you that we don't approach guests with feedback like this lightly. On this occasion the owner's comments were backed up with photographs, showing towels stained with fake tan and filthy water in the hot tub following your stay at Rhos Helyg. In addition, there was also a broken door handle and further stains on the bed sheets. I believe my colleague has sent these on to you. Nevertheless I'm glad that this didn't spoil your stay and you had a lovely birthday weekend away. Kind Regards, Kathy
