Grand séjour et salon entiérement équipé donnant l'accès sur un terrasse privative.

Au rez de chaussé, une salle de bains équipée d'une grande douche, lavabo, rangement et lave linge/sèche linge, sèche serviette; et d'un WC indépendant.

A l'étage, une chambre individuelle avec un lit 2 pers, télévision, armoire; une autre chambre équipé de trois lits 1 pers, une bibliothèque; et d'une chambre mezzanine/palier, donnant accès aux deux autres chambres, constituée d'un clic-clac 2 pers, commode.
